I have been using Blackberry Professional Server for about two weeks when I noticed my contacts were not syncing. My Calendar and Email was working fine but not Contacts. My IT guy could not fix it for a while and I needed to synce my contacts since I made so many changes so I went into options and turned off the wireless sync for contacts. Now that everything is suppose to be work again I went it to turn on the wireless sync for contacts. I changed it but still was not working so I went back and now I find in the options that syncing is unavailable. Do I have to reset my or reactivate the Enterprise Activation?
