How can I clean my trackball without opening or spliting it?
Can I use Wet-Tissue?

If you have a 8120 (like your profile says you do), removing the trackball is very very very easy. Just pry off the silver ring with something small (be careful) there are 3 plastic tabs (one on the very bottom of the ring, one to the left, one to the right) that keep it in place, you don't want to break those. Just slap the phone against your hand and the ball with fall right out. Then just clean it with some rubbing alcohol, or even a wet-nap if you prefer.

Put it back together.

Oh ya, you should probably do this with the phone powered off, of course.

You tube probably has tons of vids that will walk you through the entire process.

Honestly, very very easy!

Don't use anything "wet". Wet damages electronic devices. Alcohol is best.

The thread posted above should help.

Wirelessly posted (L'neuf trois)

By silver I assume you are referring to the chrome right that sits around the trackball. On the back of this ring are 3 tabs corresponding to the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Place the ring over the trackball and evenly push down on the ring. It just snaps into place. No adhesive.

I can't say that this will work for anyone, but I got my 8100 wet one time so I used the oven trick, preheated to 300 degrees, took the batter, memory and sim cards out and left it in there for a couple hours. When I took it out it was dry, but the odd thing I noticed is that my previously poorly working trackball was working GREAT.

Again I can't say it will work for you, but trying won't hurt, just remember to take the battery and cards out if you do.

@Thaddeus

300 degrees??? Don't you think that is a bit high? I would never ever suggest that to anyone. Regardless of whether it worked or not.
