Default Help. Our BES admin is out of town - synch prob

3.6 BES (I think, maybe 3.7?)
10 users

Prob- handheld goes through the synch process when cradled but any changes in the address book, cal etc. are NOT recognized??

No other probs with email, MDS etc.

Any ideas?
