[7520 Noob]

Well today I went to add another user to the bes server and it asked me when i opened the manager what exchange server we are pointed too and I just typed in the host and it gave me an error and theres no users in the manager anymore!!!!! Im not sure what happened everyones phones are receiving email. Will I need to do a recovery from my backups?!? I never used any blackberry utilities for backing up but just our main backup for the servers with Veritas. I have lots of warning and errors in the event list on that server thats hosting the BES software. Can anyone help me out for a bit? Im very new to this software.

by the way the Config tool software will not open up either. It hangs everytime. My directories are still there and every time I open the manager it askes me for a profile and exchange server to point to but it gives me an error and shows me nothing.
