Anyone seen this problem using Web Viewer 4.0 Corporate Edition? ( Error Unknown Error) I have a Nextel 7510 with 4.0 O/S...and a static IP.I installed it last night checked it ...it worked fine.. this morning I get this error.I have rebooted the 7510..everything else is working email,NOL,Verichat....Any suggestions thanks

We have reported this error to RIM and, until we know of a better solution, we recommend that users who encounter this error simply do a soft reboot of their BlackBerry with the key sequence ALT-CAP-BACKSPACE (press ALT and CAP simultaneously, then press BACKSPACE). To avoid this from happening again, just avoid pressing the ESC button while Web or email content is being loaded onto your 7510. To stop the loading of content, select "Stop" from the list of available options.

Same thing happened to me. They told me if you just purchased the bb or the plan it takes about 4 days for their software to work with your service plan. Browser Boss is another good HTML web viewer that I like. It loads a lot slower than reqwirless web viewer but still a good alternative.

Thanks BB and NY Jet but I have had the 7510 for 2 weeks...I think I will try that other browser you suggested..
