I installed the Blackberry Express Server in Jan 2007. I have another user wishing to switch to a Blackberry device. I have my client access license info from RIM.

When I go to add another license to my server via the Global tab I realized no information appears on the global tab.



Some specs
W2k3 Server R2
Exch Srv 2003 SP2
Blackberry Ent Server Ver 4.1.3.16(help>about says this)

When I administer the blackberry server I log on as the BESAdmin account.

My one current user is completely fine. That user runs so well I try to get all my users over to blackberries. Silly users still insist on Palm OS based phones. Ugh.

Any ideas why the global tab is completely blank?

Oh gawd. Shoot me. I solved it.

Yes, solving this was almost as good as packing my computer back up in the box and telling the people I purchase it from that I'm too blanking stupid to own one.
