Last Friday, our 4 BBs stopped being able to send out emails to outside people. we can send/receive just fine from both inside/outside people but only email to inside people. We are on BES 4.1.4 MR4 (bundle 134) on Exchange 2003.
any suggestions?

Do you get a red x on the handheld? does the message show up in the users sent items folder? If the message is in the sent items folder then the BES has done its job, I would then maybe start looking at Exchange.

I do get the red x on the handheld, but the message does not show up in the users's sent items folder.

ok what is the error on the handheld. Also I would check the MAGT log at the time they send the email and find out what error the BES is reporting back (if any)
