Hi,

I am experiencing a problem whereby the contacts on my device are not being deleted after they are deleted in Outlook.

I had initially performed a 'One way sync to device' (Confirmations set to confirm and Resolutions set to notify) and copied all my contacts from Outlook to my device. I then finally got down to amending and deleting a large number of contacts in Outlook. I then performed the sync once again and was presented with the conflict resolution dialogue box. I confirmed that the amendments I had made was correct and accepted the changes. The problem is that that deletions did not occur. Now when I sync again no changes are detected and again no deletions. Performing a two way sync does not help as the process wants to copy all the items I deleted (back to Outlook) from the phone.

I would like to have the contacts I delete in Outlook delete on the phone. What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated.
