Has anyone have an answer to a red asterisk next to the message icon on a Storm. It is supported by an enterprise server for e-mail and I keep getting a message that states uncaught exception net_rim_bb_messaging_app (209) is not responding; process terminated.

I have removed the battery and called Verizon and everyone says that everything is just wonderful, but I can't access email
