Man that's a little too long. Was hoping for beginning of September.....may have to buy an unlocked one to tie me over for the time being.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Cool beans. I hope they also release the 8820, but if not then I will get an unlocked one.

Well, does anyone know just how much we should need to save up? I don't see a price listed anywhere.

As for pricing, I'd look at AT&T's Curve pricing. Maybe add a little something for the inclusion of WiFi, but not much. WiFi fits in with T-Mobile's home networking concept so keeping the Curve in line with other carriers will be a great selling point for the home WiFi kit they've introduced. Leveraging the popularity of the Curve to sell "Family Wireless 101" and MyFaves is a smart decision.

Its the smallest full qwerty blackberry ever. The people who buy full sized smart phones usually have different needs than those who buy phones like the pearl ;p As nice as suretype is, its nothing compared to full qwerty if you need to do alot of emailing from your phone.

Yah I'm sorta wishing I had. Been waiting way to long for this, and the color is so unappealing I will probably just get the ATT version now anyways.

Until they offer this in some other color that isn't butt ugly, I'll stick with the Pearl. Can you imagine pulling that thing out in a meeting? It looks like something a pimp would carry.

Great news! My wife got a white Curve this summer and I've been having BB envy waiting for this device...

I'll be "back in Black" (or gold, anyway...) on 9/24!

Sept. 24th!!!!!! Although I am excited for the TMO release of this terminator, that's soooo far out considering I have been waiting since June when ATT release the 8300. It's still tempting to get an unlocked 8300 from ATT but I guess I waited this long and patience afterall, is the virtue. I anticipated to only have my Pearl in the interim of the TMO Curve release for a month or two but will own it much longer with this release date of late September. Let the countdown begin or I guess for me, continue .
