I just got a Samsung wep200 and so far, so good. I just hope I don't lose it, it's soo small. My girlfriends had hers for a lot longer and seems happy with it.

I ordered the H700 with my phone. I sounds great and the distance is fine. Only problem is it turns on when the boom is closed. I called my brother like 7 times when it was in the pouch on my belt. The last straw was when I was in the restroom takin a leak and could hear my mom yelling out of my shirt pocket cause the damn thing called her.

I have had several BT headsets and bought the Samsung WEP200 when I got my Pearl. The best headset I have ever owned. It, by far, has the longest talk time and stanby. Every other headset I have owned has required charging on a daily basis. This headset can easily last 2 days and sometimes even 3. Voicedial works perfectly with the Pearl and the sound quality and volume is great. I still have the Plantronics 645 which has the noise canceling technology. People do tell me that the Plantronics sounds better in windy situations but, other than that, the Samsung is far better.

i used to have the same problem as well, but then I figured out you can disable the call function of your H700 when your phone is locked. it works fine for me ever since.

I love the H700 as well, the size, the look, the features and the clearness. I bought 2 from TMO for $99 each with a $20 discount. but then I saw CompUSA has a special deal this week for $69.99 after rebate. I am thinking to return both of them and get it from CompUSA instead.

Using the Jabra BT125 with my Pearl. Works fine. Got it for 40 bucks. It's nice to have voice dialing over Bluetooth that actually works.

HS805 works perfectly for me with voice dialing and as far away as 25 feet before getting the static.

someone should add a Poll to this topic with the top 5 models and brands listed.
Then we can come to some form of consensus on which headset is the most preferred.

I tried it today.

This was my first BT headset ever. For couple of minutes my ears didn't like the extra weight (I do wear glasses). But later I got used to it. The volume was good for me. I went biking and was talking on the phone using the H3. Twice the voice had some static for a fraction of second. But then it went away.

Update: Today I tried making couple of phone calls using voice activation and the H3 calling button. My ear really started hurting after a few calls. Pressing the calling button makes the device press against your ear. Coupled with the glasses I wear, this thing may not be a good architecture (Motorola).

Will return it.
