Hi All,

In my blackberry Storm 9530 Keypad '0' is not working . my phone version is
V4.7.0.167 Platform is 4.0.0.205 ,How can i upgrade the Blackberry OS Version .i tried several time but all time failed.Please Help me..

First, have you tried a battery pull? With the device on, remove the battery for 30 to 60 seconds, then put it back in and let the device reboot. Does that fix it?

Second, have you dropped the device or has it gotten wet?

If it does not solve you problem you should go for BB Hardware Expert

Chances are you need to clean the Keypad inside.

Um, no. The 9530 is all touchscreen. Reading is fundamental.
