Once a Verizon representative told me to visit www.blackberry.com/go regularly to update my service books. I even received a login ID and chose a password, but apparently this link is dead in the water. Where do I go to update my service books to perform the weekly maintenance suggested by the Verizon BlackBerry Technical Support representative? Any ideas, suggestions, thoughts?
