I have a customer whose Auto signature (created in the Redirector Settings, General tab) changes between an former signature and the newly created signature. Any thoughts on what could cause this and how to resolve this?

Let me guess:
This may be because of a separate BlackBerry Redirector signature, and a BlackBerry Web Client signature. So that depends on which email is being replied to.

This is only an educated guess though, since you can have different signatures for different email methods (i.e. I have separate signatures for emails sent using BWC versus using BES)
