Our company acquired company XYZ. We are both using Lotus Domino and has its own BES. We merge our domain and domain of XYZ became obsolete. After the merger BES on XYZ wont work, with an error users is not on the addressbook, yet they exist.

Is there any one can help me on this?

Are the users still on the same mail server as before the domain merger?

The problem is the BES is not seeing the change in the domain for the user. Our BES supports 2 Domino domains and we've seen similar issue when migrating users from Domain1 to Domain2.

Try this:
1. Select the user in BlackBerry Manager.
2. Change the "Directory Server" of the user to the user's mail server specified in the person doc.
3. Check logs.nsf

It should take a few minutes to take effect and you should see in logs.nsf the BES is changing the domain and mail file for the user.
