nathansmommy354 and others experiencing ths problem, all that yhu have to do is call T-Mobile and ask for tech support. Ask them to remove all email notificatons from your phone. I was experiencing the same difficulties and it seemed as if I had a problem and no one could help!! It was soo aggravting. But I now have the problem resolved.
