I originally set up two email addresses on my blackberry and wireless sync was enabled for both. That put two types of entries in my bb calendar. I could tell by color coding. So, I decided to delete my personal email address and only keep my work address. The email address was deleted successfully, so it appearred, from my service provider site, as well as my phone. (Checked service books)

So now, there is some sort of orphaned entry in my calendar options for this deleted email address. This now screws up my whole calendar sync etc. I went in and cleared all of the entries in the calendar database--and this did clear my bb calendar, but still not able to sync.

How can I delete this entry under my calendar options? This is the only place it appears.

You have deleted the service book for the email address you no longer want, that appears in Options > Advanced > Service Books, with [CICAL] beside it?

Yes, the only email account that appears there is my work email address. (two entries)
I recreated my personal email address again and checked --there were then
three entries in my calendar options. (One for my work email, one for my newly created personal email AND a second entry for my personal email)

I deleted my personal email again and it successfully deleted one of the three entries in my calendar options. So somehow--the first time I deleted my personal email account, the calendar option entry did not get removed.
