I'm new to BB (supporting), one off the BB is being charged a lot for data, is it a worng setting or something with the provider? Normally internet is free...
It is connected to our mail server.
Can someone turn the end of the tunnel light on please?

Sounds like the user doesn't have a BlackBerry data plan on his account and is being charged by the kb. Very expensive proposition.

i would sggest getting theblackberry plan, or usng wifi if his device supports it.
