all my Blackberry contacts spontaneously disappeared from my address book but the call log + the speed dial still have the contact´s info....

i restored it to about a week ago, nothing happened!!!!
Ive taken the batter out tons of times...nothing....

And now i discovered that my BB chat is not working either...

im going crazy!! any ideas....
