hi,
i'm using bb bold 9780 and i'm having problem to set up my email. i've already delete an old email account in service book. however, i still receive unknown email. i go to set up and when i press email account, nothing happen. can anyone help?

Jetslayer - do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? You may want to call your carrier and verify that it is set up properly for the 9780 and resend all of the service books.
