BES migration using Transporter tool on IBM Lotus Domino

Hi,
We are going to migrate our BES server to a new machine using Transporter tool. I have used transporter tool in MS Exchange environment and found a straight forward process but I heard that there are certain permissions or steps we have to configure in order to run transporter tool in Lotus Domino.
Any suggestions from you guys as I am really new to Lotus Domino
