Just spoke with TMO Advanced Support, they're aware of the issues by now obviously. No ETR/ETA. This is affecting ALL blackberries, ALL providers.

He said that something is wrong with the data network. Which makes sense considering I can't even pull up a webpage on it.

There is currently a RIM outage outage in North America. There is no current ETA on this.

Guys, NO Carriers will work if RIM is out. I did the work and informed you, so dont waste your time calling. Il post an update when its back up. Also, if you want, send me an email: [email address] and I can inform you when its back up and running.

I have exactly 10 "returned DELIVERED" 's in the last 30 minutes (out of ~1800 total). All devices in DC or NY area. Strange. Oh well, guess this is going to be a long night...

its only affecting north america not anywhere else , so if your CEO is in finland and not working its not related to this issue.

Unless he took the BES with him to Europe, he absolutley would be affected.

i disagree - if your BES is pointing to the north american relay you may have issues. We have a handful of vodafone australia users who i thought were up and running, but now are reporting they are not getting any messages. They are in Australia, but the BES is in USA.

I managed to login to Cingular's BIS webfront. It let me send service books, but I haven't received them.
