Every 5 minutes or so the screen freezes, the LED goes a deep red, then it does the same thing when you take the battery out and back in (the white bar goes across)..... this stops me being able to use it as i am constantly waiting for it to reset itself. as i write this it did it again! please help me???? this is the first time it has happened this much, before, it used to do it every once in a while. please help me!

What did you do to the device just before this began to happen? Did you drop it, get it wet, load an app or theme?

Is this a new 9300 or did you get it used?

Have you let the battery run down past 20% more then a few times?

if u have alot of apps from the blackberry app world delete them cause thats what i did to my curve and itsmuch fasteerrr when i had alot of apps dowmloaded so delete some that u dnt need
