Hi guys, I'm new on the forum and I decided to register because I'm having some issues.
The exact issue is this error that sometimes I receive after restarting my bb.
"Uncaught exception: java.lang.Error" and the AppWord disappeared!
I've download the version of the blackberry site and the error disappeared but after I upgrade to a new version of the app word and install or uninstall some apps the error came back!
Why is this happening with my bb ?
My model is the curve 9360
OS is the 7.0 Bundle 1680 (v7.0.0.353 Platform 8.0.0.388)
The app world that I've downloaded from the site is 2.1.4.13
and the version that gives me the error is the 3.0.2.7

Uncaught exceptions are tough to diagnose, but typically are caused by an incompatible or corrupt file or an incompatible theme. An aborted install could also make it happen. I had one yesterday caused by too many photos in a gmail message.

Perhaps you are running an app or theme that is not designed for the 9360 and the OS it runs?

In some cases, a battery will fix the problem, in others you will need to wipe the device and reload the OS.

You might try doing a search in Google on your exact error message. Sometimes you can find a solution that way.

yeah thanks for helping me, actually i did a complete reset last time and the error came up again.
I've reinstalled the app world 3.0 from the site now and it's working, I'm not running nothing that it isn't designed for the 9360, actually I'm not running third part apps
For now the problem is solved. thanks man ;) and sorry for two things: I'm new in the blackberry world and my english is bad
