Default Internet Synchronization

Hi All,
I am using this Curve 3g from May 2011. I have got one serious problem. I am using prepaid plan and activate BIS when i need it and when I am not using it my balnce continuosuly deducting from my account. I called every where the provider help desk and blackberry helpdesk but didnt get any help. Becuase of this i am not recharging my account.The service provider's helpdesk says that I am using internet which I am not using and then they said it is your device problem and when I called the Redington here in India they said it is not device problem. Please help, as I really tried every possible way but didnt get anything.If this persists then what is the use of Blackberry.

There are more things that use data than email, i.e. BBM, Facebook, the Browser, etc. If you don't want to use mobile data, then you need to turn that off (Settings>Mobile Connections)

And how are you activating BIS only when you need it? Do you delete all of your email addresses and then add them back?
