Default Upgrade BES 4.0.7 to 4.1.6

Hi, Im will upgrade my BES 4.0.7 for exchange server to 4.1.6 version.

What upgrade guide do you recommend me to follow?

I found the upgrade guide 4.1.2 but I don't know if they are the same steps for the 4.1.6 version.

Will this also apply for me, I want to upgrade from 4.0.4 to 4.1.6?
or Do I have to upgrade to 4.0.7 first then 4.1.6? can i go straight to 4.1.6?

it is not a free upgrade (about 999.00 USD) but thats basically it.

sp4 is ok to go to 4.1.6
