Does T-Mobile have BIS 2.5 and can I donwload it if I have OS 4.2.2? On the blackberry site it says you need 4.5 for it?

BIS 2.5 is out for all North American carriers. There's nothing to download. You will need 4.5 to get HTML email.

Tmo has not released 4.5 yet, however other carriers have, which you can load on your device.
