Default Unlocking bold 9900

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Guys,

I found a Bold 9900 on craigslist. The guy says its brand new, sealed box.

Is there anything I should look out for? He said its brand new.. Dont wanna purchase a bricked phone or anything. Is there any way that I can tell if he used it or not? I could turn it on and check the usage?

Also, can 9900 from rogers be unlocked to be used on Fido?

Thanks

Before buying a used BB from any source, you need to read this: Buying a BlackBerry off eBay - BlackBerryFAQ

Thanks for the reply.

I will actually be purchasing the phone in person.

Is there any way to tell if the phone has been used or not?
