the phone is not a stolen phone, my dad went to a meeting an he lost the phone so he call blackberry an let them kno but 1 day after my mom got a phone call that they phone this phone call her, an my dad went & pick it up but it never look like her call blackberry & let them know that it was found, the phone is 100% legit

Sorry but that's not possible once you report a phone lost or stolen they disable to phone service on it so you don't get charged for calls that a person might make if they find it. Also you call your service provider not RIM (marker of BlackBerry) directly.

In all cases for all other buyers, i already paid for this phone, so the issue now is whether this person will send a real operating phone or just run with the money. I already placed a complaint with paypal and we'll see how things will turn out.

jaylasad i pull the money from paypal ok, there is no money in the paypal account but i am not a scammer ok, i get my phones from a backdoor dealer & sell them back on the net ok, i dont scam people u will get you phone in time

I have some conflicting evidence regarding her/his location, but none of it points to California or the US for that matter.
