I have a BES server with only 5 users. 1 user has issues sending/recieving mail - once the server reboots, everything is fine, until the next time. I am getting the following events in the app log on the BES server.

Do we need to generate a new encryption key on the device?

I've done everything up to and including trying to reactivate the berry - same results - seems to work fine and later stops - reboot seems to fix. Was running stale for a long time :(

does anybody know what encyption method bb uses, AES, DES, etc.?
