I downloaded the 4.61 Os and removed the Vendor.xml file hoping I would get more themes than the Precision Zen theme. After the upgrade I still have only one theme. Is this the only theme included in this version of the OS?

Deleting vendor.xml doesn't give you more themes.

Look in the Media section for instructions on how to "unlock" the vendor themes.
