Hello, i have a problem with a BB 8520. Well the problem is that i can't send emails, anwser emails and send invitations for Blackberry messenger; but i can receive emails, get into the web, recieve and make calls, send SMS, make and send ping.

Can anyonle tell me what's the problem? i even chanced the configurations and nothing.

Have you spoken to your BES Admin? Most likely a BES problem.

I contacted my BES Admin, and he's telling me that there is no problem. Also that there are other 9 black berry that are working ok, i'm the only one.

Did the admin offer to remove and reactivate your device on BES?

do you have bes and bis email account ?

you can check error on x email on your 8520, when you try send email. and see that error.

ok now my admin tried removing and reactivating my user and my number again but i still have the problem, we tried changing the BB with another one and still the problem

Are you international? I had this problem with one of my users. He was international and he could only receive email, access web, and receive calls. Deleted the user and reactivated the account several times with no success (while he was international). Called the carrier, and they were absolutely clueless about the situation. When the user came back to the states I deleted him off BES and reactivated. Haven't had a problem since.
