email Prepopulation

Hi all,
Since last Monday , all my users can not see any messages older than the date of activation. I have already checked the administration software (BES 5.0) and the “email prepopulation” setting are correct (True/ 14 days /750 Msgs).
I have also tried again and again to completely delete the users from the devices and from the administration program BES 5.0 ( including the Profile document and the state database) but the problem persists.
I have also checked inside the registry (regedt32 - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server.)
the three DEWORD are correctly configured
DWORD ForceMsgPrepopOnActivation value 1
DWORD ForceMsgPrepopDays value 14
DWORD ForceMsgPrepopMessages value 750
Does anyone experienced this problem? Solutions?
