Hey there...new BB user here. I was a Treo 650 user for the last 2 years. I loved the Treo at first. But then it started crashing and the screws that held it together would fall out and simply disappear...event the ones that were behind the battery door. I've replaced all the screws 3 times... Then the straw that broke the camel's back...I started getting dropped calls and when I would try to pull my email over half the time I would get timeout errors...
So now I have the 8703e from Verizon. I've got it set up using BIS. It pushed one email at me saying my BB was set up, but then no other mail has come into it. And I've received several emails at work so it should have grabbed those. Anyway...tonight I'll read the manual.
I'm sure I'll be back with more questions...especially since I'm a Mac user.
welcome to the forums your mail is only checked and sent every 15 mins so if your computer grabs it first it won't come to your bb i keep my computer off when not at home so they will come to me im a mac user also welcome home
