I need to know what to backup in BES. Does BESMgmt contains information other than active BES user names?

Search the forum and you'll find out lots of details that are in the BESMgmt database ... it has historical data, encryption keys, license keys, preferences, configuration ... lots of data. Back it up at least daily.
