Please list some s and tips on how to keep your s in mint condition. So far I use silicone, leather holster, and awaiting BSE screen protector.

That's about everything I guess. For screen protectors, you can also find some listed here > Where can I get a screen protector? - BlackBerryFAQ

How long do the BSE screen protectors normally last?
Should I go for a full unit BSE or will the silicone work just by itself with the screen protector? I'm trying to keep this bb mint so I can get a good resale value when I decide to upgrade. It would also be nice to see what fellow BBFers use for their BBs

Some worry so much about hurting their device that it ruins the fun of using it. Resale value? You love you device when you first get it and in only weeks this starts to wear off. A new device comes out and you sell what you loved only a few months ago.

These devices are not investments.

I've started to have a phobia after having 4 kids (all boys from 6mnths to 10yrs.) and dropping my old 8300 several times (stairs, concrete, etc).

Gel skin works great with the screen covered with BSE

I still have fun with the device and I tend to be thankful and appreciate all that I'm supplied with . My 8320 is a workhorse, doesn't mean I can't keep it mint. I'm guessing each to their own on a respectable note.

You can always buy a new case for your BB when you want to resell it....

Full body kit is what I use. Resale value IMO is overrated unless you plan to resell it very soon (i.e. before the Bold is released).

There is only one case that can protect while keeping it glamourous.

I use a smoked hard case. Traps some dirt and lint inbetween the case and phone, but I the phone is more secured with the hard case.

I bought a full body kit from ZAGG | invisibleSHIELD | iPhone, iPod Cases, Screen Protectors, Covers, Shields, Skins, Invisible Shield but in the end, I just left the screen protector on it. I've also got a RIM gel and the leather swivel holster. After the first few months of trying to keep the *new* look, I try not to worry anymore. Especially w/ the dust under the screen

This only worked for a few days for my 8320. At least for my screen that's what it did.

I keep in naked in a pocket, with nothing else obviously.

I agree with this one druha. When I sold my last curve I sold it for almost twice the market price all b/c it was well taken care of. Specially in my neck of the woods.
