Default Issue with google maps

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a small bug with Gmm. Indeed when i set up the app no problem it works.
but when i try to open it again, it opens and tell me that it needs a network connection to work.
I have to erase the apn settings and enter them again to make it work. Or a battery pull.
that's a bit weird. The app permissions are well set.

Did you ever figure this out, leatherface? I don't really have a clue, but I wonder if turning the radio off and on would work for you when this happens?

Default 2 copies?

have you made sure that you only have one copy of Google Maps installed? I know there are issues sometimes from updating to the newer versions and not deleting the older versions first.

Make sure there is only one version in the apps list. Even if there are two versions installed, I have seen it not show up in my homescreen as two different apps. It just hides there.
