When i'm running handheldcleanup -u it's asking for the profile. I see like 100 different options.. how do I even remotely know what's the correct one?

There's a ton of different info in it, BES_CDO_2084_1120, BlackBerryServer, BlackBerryServerMailStore, CDO_o_ASM_ou_Exchange, and a ton of each.

Ok, so I found in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Agents the correct profile name.

I am using it but am getting this message now,
