I got a new Blackberry 8300 and i took my SIM out of my old phone and put it into my 8300 but my contacts don't transfer into my address book. I was hoping i could find some help on how i can accomplish getting my contacts from my SIM into my address book! Thanks

From what I understand, you will need to copy each contact, one by one to the address book. Don't know of an automated way to do that, but if there is one, I am sure someone will mention it.

Another option, can you sync your old phone to Outlook or Outlook Express and then sync the BB to that as well?

You can copy all of the sim card contacts into the BB's contact list at once. Go into the Address Book and hit the menu key and select "Sim Phone Book." Then hit the menu key again and select "Copy All To Address Book."

The restriction of "one by one" is when transferring Address Book contents to the sim card.

The SIM copying will depend greatly on the device you are coming from. Some phone have a "Copy Contacts to SIM" function on them, while others will require the one at a time approach Dubdub mentioned.
