May 31st New OS ??

I was talking to a tier 2 vzw tech (how many times have we heard this )
about a client phone issues , i asked about the strom and it problems
He said New OS by May 31 of 2009 i asked if he knew the if it was .141 he said no a new OS i asked other than 4.7 .xxx he said yes a new OS ??
With their track record and a new OS don't hold your breathe
as for me .141. seems to be working ok

Rumor has it that all the new builds coming out.... leaked or official will be 5.0 based... 4.7 is apparently gone. .141 is apparently the last of the 4.7 builds.

The only issue i have after .141 is sometimes when waking up i get half screen -- half normal other half either white or static it clears in a couple of seconds

Well I talked to a VZW tech lady yesterday and she was laughing about it too. She said they have no idea. They were told it would be released in February, then in March, then April, and now they are saying like ghamden said, May 31st. She did say not to hold my breath though.
I think that was the most honest and straight forward answer I have gotten from them!
