I understood that the 7250 has voice activated dialing? AM I wrong and if Im not wrong, can you point me to a link that explans how to do it? I cant find any info anywhere...thanks

I know the 7520 has the api and stuff for voice notes and things, but so far no applications to actually use them. I haven't heard of any other BB's having any voice stuff other than Nextel. But hope more do cause than someone will create an app to use it.

According to my book it says.

Press #84 SEND
Say "Call Someone"
Say the person's name or number

On Verizon you now have to be a monthly subscriber to use the voice dialing service. As of April, it has no longer been available on a per call basis. Dialing the #84 SEND will get a recording giving the details and a 500 number to call to subscribe.

Ok that makes sense it is not the phone that is voice enabled it is the provider. But who knows voice dialing on the BB's might be possible since voice notes can be done on the BB's well atleast for the 7520's on Nextel.

Granted no applications to allow you to do it yet only the API's are there for Nextel 7520's, shouldn't be too long before the API for others are out as well.
