i was on the internet and the 9650 bold phone just switched after that turns white and turning off, and repeat many times ...what is happend?

We need more detail. powers off? will it power back on? did you pull the battery and wait for a couple of minutes then put it back?
is the battery good? if you can, go to a carrier for the phone and try another battery.

Depending on the carrier, your phone may be restricted from the internet. AOL does not provide cell service. Who is the cell carrier and do you have a data plan?

How long are you using your phone. Your phone is too old or new one? Please share more info for better solution.
