I am disappointed to report that, at least on my 7105t, with the CSL 4.1 software, I still can barely hear through my BT headset when there is any ambient noise around. This is really annoying when I need it most, such as in the car, or running through the airport to catch a flight, bags in tow. What I can't understand is the many RIM employees that must be using this device not complaining that this is a problem. If in fact they are complaining, why RIM won't get this situation straightened out. I've all but gone back to using the wired headset.

well maybe it is your bluetooth headset that is not very loud not the device, i had that problem with my old headset. my new one works flawlesly.

Anybody else notice that with 4.1 you can choose which app the browser key starts? I love it!

sj - I upgraded my 7100t and was likewise disappointed that the upgrade didn't result in any volume increase. BTW, I am using a Motorola HS-850. The RIM recommended HS-820 was no louder.

mike - thanks for the info. What headset are you using and what headset did it replace? Is it loud enough to use in an airport or while walking down a city street?

BTW, this is a known issue acknowledged by RIM where the bluetooth output volume was reduced in the upgrade from v3.8 to v4.0, meaning that headsets that were once loud enough in most situations, now require a quiet environment to be usable.

My Question Is: If I Download The Os4.1 From The Hong Kong Carrier, Could I Use With My Telephone In Spanish, The Message That Appears In The Download Page Is That The File Is Multilanguage.

Could Someone Know If I Could Use In Spanish?
