Default oooppppssss BAS-AS not logging and web interface not loading

Please Login to Remove!

Hello !

I just remarked that my BES WEB Interface would not load. after checking everything, all the services are up and running, emails passing trought, I rebooted the server, maybe 3 times.

BUt the web interface would not come up (Page not found).

I make some research in the logs and figured out that the bas-as log file would not appears for the last 2 days.

and in the BAS-AS_err.log, i found those lines :

[Fatal Error] cluster-service.xml:136:23: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.
Error encountered while starting server: Existing configuration files seem to be corrupted.

I'm pretty sure this is the cause of my problem, but where could I find a clean cluster-service.xml file to replace this one ?

Thank you in advance !

ok, in case somebody else needs to know :

I moved away the corrupted file BEFORE reinstalling SP2, That have forced SP2 to recreate the corrupted file.

I'm now on a working BES.

Mine said it was missing the default web.xml, it recreated it but I still can't log in. My entire setup is default too except users. Thankfully they seem to be functioning properly.
