We are in the process of migrating from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 and are running BES Express 5.0. I followed the directions here: KB22601-How to migrate from Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or 2007 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 in a BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 environment

Everything went fine except for task 5.3 assigning the send as permission. I was able to get that working eventually though.

BESAdmin mailbox is on Exchange 2010 and user mailboxes are still on Exchange 2007 until we move them all over.

Now I am finding that emails are taking a long time to get to the users devices, 10 - 20 minutes, at least, usually longer than that. Before it was a fairly speedy process, usually emails were on the device within a couple minutes.

Any ideas or places to have a look for some error messages? Event Viewer on BES server does not seem to have much alarming information. Perhaps some log files?

The mails seem not to be pushed immediately, but only delivered through a rescan (that happens every 15-30 minutes). Detailed explanations and solutions to this problem can be found here:
