Is this possible, can they work together ? My current BIS data plan is 50MB/month which will never be enough using the browser, facebook, email downloading apps, etc. If I add a regular data plan from my carrier, can they work together ? Pull data from the regular plan after BIS 50MB is reached ?

You can only have one data plan and if you are using a BB, then you need the BB data plan. If 50 mb isn't enough, then get a plan with more data allowance.
