Hey i have a 7230 on tmobile. OS 4.0. Is there any way to send email without pressing the trackwheel. I can reply just by pressing the R key and I really like this.

As far as I know, there isn't. Which makes sense, as all keys or combinations you could use may actually be used to input the message. Just like alt-s for for most mail programs would send mail, you'll need alt-s to type "4". And so on.
