Default Can not send PIN Message

Enviroment
BES 4.0.4
Domino 6.5.4
Pearl Pearl v4.2.0.42
IT Policy allows PIN messaging

Problem
I was able to send PIN messages from my 7100t. Recently switched to the Pearl and after activating I can not send PIN messages. The IT policy I am on specifically allows for PIN messaging (almost everyone else is blocked). I can compose PIN messages, but the open to send option is missing. I wiped the device, removed the policy, and was able to send PINs again. As soon as I activated again I lost the ability to send PIN messages. Any suggestions?

That sounds like it's an IT Policy issue....stilll. Did you re-create your account on the BES? Also try removing the Profiles db and restarting the domino server once you have removed the old account. The profiles db gets recreated on startup (you could create a replica just in case). Then re-create the account. Repeat your security wipe and re-activate.

I think I tried all of that already, I can't remember. With all the BlackBerry users I support I have a hard time remembering what things I have done to my own device/account. I will try sending a new IT policy to my device and then back to the one I am currently using.
