Please help...
We are running Exchange 2010 with BES Express 5.03
After we create a user and activate Enterprise Account in blackberry handheld, everything seems ok until we noticed that email from internal domain never delivered to blackberry handheld, for external email (sent from different domain) is working fine.

Does anyone know what causing this? I've looking to any references that might have some similar issue but still no luck until today.

any input will be much appreciated, thanks in advance...

Is the internal mail appearing in the recipients Outlook or WebMail? Any Outlook rules setup that would move internal mails to another folder?

Yes the internal mail working normal in outlook or webmail, we have tried either PST or OST and clear any rules but still no luck...
We are still looking for any references in google, making me headache..

You can check if a mail makes it to the device by using the delivery confirmation. Try this for an external and internal mail:

The email delivered to outlook client in my notebook but not in my blackberry handheld...

Have you set any filters on the Blackberry device?

Message List > Options > Email Filters

Thanks for your help, I found out that the main reason we didn't received any email in handheld is mostly caused by outlook rules...

Is there any other way how to received email in my handheld with rules exist on the server?

You can add any folders to "folder redirection" so you will see them on your Blackberry device.
