Unhappy Problem with Memory, pls help!

Please Login to Remove!

My phone is bold 9000 and my problem is that my phone application memory normally fluctuate. It can even drop to 0KB and the phone will then become very slow unless I remove the battery and put it back it in before I'll get a lil application memory. Also, it seems my phone application memory way too small compared to the device memory. Please any help how I can solve this problem? Thank you!

Move all pictures and music/ringtones out of phone memory to device memory.

Thanks. But I have allowed all media to be stored on the SD card and so the device memory is even dormant now but still the application memory is keeps on behaving like that.

Did you drop it or get it wet?

How many apps are on the device?

How many are running when this happens?

A 9000 is a fairly old device as far as BBs go. Probably time for a replacement.

Thanks Dubdud. But I didn't drop it nor get it wet. I hv 4 apps and the problem didn't happen once, it does happen. When I restart it, I see some memory in the application memory but if it runs for sometime then the memory drops to 0KB. But I brlieve as you said, it's fairly old, that's why. Thanks for your response.
